1. The GH-Y1A high-frequency melting prototype machine is manufactured according to the YS/T464-2003 cathode copper direct reading spectroscopic analysis method drafted by Jiangxi Copper Company.
2. The GH-Y1A type adopts high-frequency heating technology, and the temperature rises quickly without the need to replace silicon carbide rods.
3. The GH-Y1A type equipment is suitable for smelting non-ferrous metals. The samples made are suitable for direct reading spectroscopy or X-ray fluorescence spectrometer testing, and can be used for smelting a small amount of non-ferrous metals.
4. The heating element is a graphite crucible, and the maximum temperature must be controlled below 1350℃.
5. Do one sample at a time, the time is 8-15 minutes.
6. The weight of the sample is determined by different materials.
7. GH-Y1A has a vacuum and argon protection function, and is the only manufacturer in China. With the vacuum and argon protection function, the crucible use times are greatly extended.
8. The GH-Y1A model has heat insulation design, the chassis does not generate heat, and the electrical components in the equipment are not affected by high temperature, which extends the use of components; there is no high temperature outside the machine and the operating environment is good.
